Cambridge and Guernsey County are committed to creating a Drug-Free community.  Businesses play a large role in helping to decrease substance abuse by employing a second chance approach when an employee has a positive test.  We want to reduce the stigma of addiction and help people recognize substance abuse it is not a choice – it is a disease like heart disease or diabetes.  Recovery really happens and there is always hope.
